Usually most billing or support issues can be handled by using our secure email system. It's simple and most importantly secure. Just go to our CLIENT AREA location, then click on SUBMIT TICKET. This takes you to an area where you can choose our SUPPORT DEPARTMENT or our BILLING DEPARTMENT. Remember, only choose Billing Department if your need to contact us about payments, charges or other billing questions. The same goes for our support department. Only contact support for technical hosting issues, domain name support issues, login issues and such. We will reply in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours or sooner.
